In case it’s the first time you want to install McBluna.net modded Home Theater APK, you’ve to uninstall Zidoo’s Home Theater first. For RTD1296 based Zidoo player, please read the guide “How to uninstall a system application” first.
Copy the downloaded APK to Zidoo’s Download folder or a USB stick. Open Media Center and select the APK to install.
For any reason, the permissions are not set for my modded APKs. Please keep in mind that you’ve to repeat this procedure each time you delete the application data or press the CLEAR button on the Settings/Library page in Home Theater.
I recommend assigning the System Settings to one of the colored buttons on your remote control for quick access.
Go to System ➛ Settings ➛ Apps

Is there any way to enable continuous playing with modded HT? With original, the episodes go after each other, but with mod it stops.

I am a great fan of you. Appreciated your efforts for developing the Mod HT. I am using Zidoo Player X9S. I know this site / forum stands only for Zidoo player related. But I hope , I can find a solution from your team through here.
Recently I have purchased a Amazon Fire TV stick 4k (Fire OS Version 6.2.9.5) for pluggin with my LG Web OS TV. I would like to install the Home Theater apk on my Fire TV stick 4k. I tried with some different versions, but failed, app installed but cannot open. Could you please provide your valuable support. Which version of HT apk that I have to try / install in my Fire Stick TV.

Hey Zamtam,
HT4 depends on Realteak libraries that a part of the Zidoo firmware. It won’t work on your Fire TV Stick.
On Fire TV I’d recommend to use Plex instead.

Thanks for the reply and understanding me the fact. Which means this Home Theater app will not work in any other Android Tv/ TVBox, but only in Zidoo firmware based Android Box, is it right?
You’re right, the Home Theater app works only on Zidoo boxes.

Thanks for the reply and confirmation. I am not a developer, just only an end user . I am using different models of Android boxes and self studying more things. Since Zidoos’ Home Theater doesn’t have a alternative app and of course it is a wonderful app, I wish (may be other users too) to use this same app in my other Android boxes / TV, because only HT can give the perfection and explore the media library (movies collection) from my HDD. It would be great if you can can create new MOD version of HT apk which enable and can install in all Android device depend on the Android version.
I have tried to install different versions of HT apk in my china made Android box / Fire TV stick, but there is a conflict always with internal player or some other apps. This MOD apk will be a solution?
