  1. Hello, first of all, thank you for building such a device. I really liked the device I bought last year.

    However, the authorized dealer said they couldn’t provide technical support. My device doesn’t show the GSF number; it’s a G series.

    I even installed the latest software, but I still couldn’t find the GSF number. I read about it in your help articles on your site,

    but I still couldn’t do it. I reset it twice, but I still couldn’t find the GSF number. My request from you is:

      Official Support: You must contact Zidoo directly at service@zidoo.tv or visit their official forum at forum.zidoo.tv. They are the only ones who can handle licensing or MAC address registrations.
